Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official GT Omega help center to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the product and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label; please attach this clearly to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
